I have done ballet for 15 years. Ballet originated in Italy and it developed in France so most glossary of Ballet is in France. If we want to do ballet well, we have to practice ballet. There are simple things of ballet but these are very important.
Step 1 ; warm up and stretch
We need to get flexible body. If we get it, we can raise our legs high for example. In many case, we stretch for 15min to 30min in ballet class. There are many kinds of stretch from easy to difficult so I introduce easy stretch for you! Let’s try warm up and stretch with me!
Step 2 ; make sense of rhythm
Ballet requires a sense of rhythm.

There are many kinds of barre exacise so I introduce simple barre exacise. The exacise name is plie. This exacise is the most basic of basics.

First, “You’ll always find your way back home”. This song is very cool. Second,”The climb”. This song gives me courage. The first time I watched it was when I was in elementary school. I think that Hannah Montana inspires everyone so I recommend this movie.

Teen Beach Movie is a Disney Channel Movie. Brady and McKenzie are best friends. One day, McKenzie was going to move so they were going to go surfing. However, they got swept up in a big wave and they got trapped in the world of the 60s beach musical ‘Wet Side Story’. Will they be able to return to their real life?
This movie is a musical so I will introduce the songs! First, “Surf’s up”. This song is fun. Second,”Meant To Be”. This song is very cute! Third, “Cruisin’ for a Bruisin”. This song is very cool. I watched this movie when I was young but I love this movie so I’ve watched this movie many times. This movie is very interesting so I recommend it.

Disney’s “ZOMBIES” is a music and dance filled story set in the fictitious world of Seabrook, a cookie-cutter community brimming with perky conformity 50 years after a zombie apocalypse. The zombies pose no threat but they need to live only in Zombie town. They want to live normally. Cheerleader Addison falls in forbidden love with zombie football player Zedd.
There are some good songs in this movie. First,”someday”. This song is sung by Addison and Zedd. Second,”Fired up”. This is a strong song. I recommend this movie because they are very cute, cool and this movie is very interesting.

Troy and Gabriella meet at a party. They are called upon to sing a duet together for karaoke. They gradually fell in love and they auditioned for a musical together. This movie is very famous. I first watched this movie in elementary school. This movie I has 4 seasons. There are many good songs in this movie. First,”Start of Something New”. This song is sung by Troy and Gabriella. Second, “When There Was Me and You”. This song is sung by Gabriella. Third, “Breaking Free”. This song is sung by Troy and Gabriella when they auditioned for the musical. There are a lot of other good songs in this movie.

In one country, only heroes lived and their country was peaceful and full of life. Ben had a grand plan. The idea was to invite the children of the villains to the country as exchange students. However, the villains’ children were planning to steal the Fairy Godmother’s wand. One girl came up with the idea of entering as Ben’s lover. She used a love potion and the operation succeeded but she begins to fall in love with Ben. This movie is very famous and there are a lot of good songs in this movie. First, “Rotten to the Core“. This is the villains’s song and very cool. Second, “If Only”. This song is sung by Maru who loves Ben. Third, “Set it Off”. This song is very interesting so I recommend it.
